My name is Stanislav, I’m 37 years old, and I live in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky — a city located, in my opinion, in one of the most beautiful places in Russia, in the Far East. This place is called Kamchatka Krai.
I was born in Khabarovsk and lived there until I was 10. In 1999, I moved to Kamchatka to live with my grandparents. The reason was that my parents had separated.
Kamchatka wasn’t really some kind of discovery for me. By the time I moved here, I already knew more or less what to expect and what kind of views I would see, because throughout my childhood I used to fly here from Khabarovsk to visit my grandparents during the summer holidays.
I can’t say the move was easy for me. I was 10 years old, and I had to leave all my childhood friends behind in Khabarovsk. But let’s not dwell on the sad part.

I still live in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky today. It’s my favorite city. I’m not going to idealize it — it has plenty of its own drawbacks — but it is incredibly beautiful. Not because of the architecture, but because of the nature around it, just like Kamchatka as a whole.
I graduated from a state technical university with a degree in electromechanics, and I also studied quite a lot in the fields of high technology and IT. I have more than one certificate related to computers and digital technologies, so this is something I know pretty well.
I got married in 2011, and my wife and I are still together. We have a daughter, and she is 12 years old. We’re a close family, and I love them very much.
I’m interested in cars, digital technology, beautiful things, nice clothes, and walking. I really love going for walks, especially around my favorite city. And, of course, I love traveling — around Kamchatka, where there is always somewhere to go and something to see, as well as around Russia and other parts of the world.

I can’t say I’ve traveled half the world, but by the age of 37 I’ve already been to quite a few places. And that’s what I tell you about here on this blog: my life, my travels, what I see, what I try, what I drive, and all sorts of other things.
I especially love writing about Kamchatka.
At the moment, I’ve been a little unwell, so I’m staying at home and, unfortunately, haven’t been able to go out for a while. I don’t want to go too deeply into that subject right now, but maybe one day I’ll tell you the story of my illness too. I just need to be in the right mood for that.
To be continued.
This blog will keep growing and will be updated with new articles. I’ll do my best to make them interesting, informative, and useful for you.
Most of the photographs on this blog are my own, just like the texts, which I write myself.
If you’d like to write to me, I’ll leave my email address here. Please feel free to get in touch — I’ll be happy to hear from you.
I wish you a good day, great travels, wonderful cars, beautiful women, and delicious food.
Stay healthy and happy.
